Remove make-up: Always remove all your make-up. Steam is a wonderful cleanser; it opens your pores so they can exude the dirt.

Use different degrees of pressure and/or applicators for the different areas – gently on trunk. legs and arms but Firmly on tarnished patches. where there is a real accumulation of dead cells such as elbows. heels and knees.

Powder dust: if you find a talcum powder shaker messy. use a taicum pad, You can make your own and refill it when necessary from a giant family pack of talcum. Just Fill a purchased towelling mit with talcum powder or make your own mit from cotton or Open-weave towelling fabric.
