What a shower!!! Essence of taking shower and tips.

Quick refresher: When speed is the criterion, there is nothing like a shower of whatever type, for waking you up in a brisk, invigorating manner.

Speedy body shampoo: For a three-minute shower, spread a body shampoo all over your skin. Soak yourself thoroughly under the spray before lathering up, then rinse off. You can wash your hair at the same time as many body shampoos are gentle enough to be used as a shampoo for any hair type.

Good for hair: A shower is essential for efficient hair shampoo. Wash your hair in the shower using a shampoo that conditions as it cleanses. Wet hair well first, then lather and rinse twice for good measure. The needle-sharp spray ensures that you remove all traces of suds and grime.

For safety’s sake: Equip your shower with a non-slip mat. Use soap that hangs on a rope around your neck or wrist or invests in a shower tray that hangs on the door and provides ready storage for soap, sponges, shampoo, and such.

Sit down shower: It’s wonderfully relaxing to shower while you are sitting down in the bath or a shower recess on a sturdy stool that won’t trip or slip. Scrub as usual with a sponge and plenty of soap. Then sit, legs crossed, and let the spray come down full force, especially on areas of tension such as the back of your neck and shoulders. You’ll feel fatigued and strain wash away.

In a heatwave: Resist the temptation to take a cold shower when the weather is scorching. Set the temperature gauge to lukewarm or tepid. You will find that the cooling effect lasts longer because blood vessels all over your body will become dilated and release trapped heat. Shower for 10 minutes, if you can. Then, if you have time, allow your skin to dry naturally. Lie down and spray yourself all over with cologne. Then use lots of dusting powder.

Skin tones: A shower can liven up your skin tone. Make sure the spray reaches everywhere including the back of your ears, nape of your neck, under each foot, in between each toe. Temperature changes can help to freshen you up. Start with warm water, then switch to tepid mid-stream and finish With cool to rinse off.

Zipping it up: if you direct the jet to individual  parts of your body, switch from hot to cold and back to hot again. You‘ll Zip up the circulation in every area.
