We all like to eat sweet dishes. We all want to eat sweets, chocolate bars, juice, beverages, etc. But wait something is familiar in all. That's white sugar.

Many harmful chemicals are utilized to provide sugar; it has a white and crystalline appearance. Formalin, charcoal, sulfuric acid, etc. are being used. White sugar is the crystallized sucrose extracted from sugarcane or sugar beets or potatoes. After harvesting the sugarcane or sugar beets or potatoes, the juice has been obtained and boiled to eliminate moisture. As the moisture dissipates, the natural sucrose from the sauce starts to crystallize. The crystallized sugar is extracted, leaving different extracts supporting in the shape of molasses.

Now, what is formalin?
Formaldehyde, in its basic form, is a gas. Most people believe that formaldehyde is a liquid. The liquid is a mixture of formaldehyde gas and water. The most common concentration used is a 37% solution. That solution contains 37 grams of formaldehyde gas to 100 ml of solution. A formaldehyde solution will polymerize. To prevent the polymerization of formaldehyde solution, about 10 - 15% of methyl alcohol is added. It is the addition of methyl alcohol that causes the substance to be called formalin as opposed to formaldehyde.


Cancer is one of the leading causes of death globally and is characterized by uncontrolled growth and multiplication of cells. Insulin is one of the crucial hormones in regulating this kind of growth. For this reason, many scientists feel that having consistently elevated insulin levels (an effect of sugar ingestion ) can donate to cancer. Besides, the metabolic problems associated with sugar intake are a proven driver of inflammation, another potential cause of disease.Multiple studies demonstrate that those who eat a great deal of sugar are at a higher chance of getting cancer.

Merits of Sugar



Glucose is found in every living cell on the planet. If we do not get it in the diet, our bodies create it. Fructose differs. Our bodies don't produce it at any significant amount, and there's not any physiological demand for it. The thing with fructose is that it can be metabolized by the liver at any significant amount.This isn't a problem when we eat a small bit (such as from fruit), or we just finished an exercise routine. In this case, the fructose is going to probably be switched into glycogen and stored in the liver until we want it. However, if the liver is filled with glycogen (more common), eating a great deal of fructose overloads the liver, compelling it to reverse the fructose to fat. When repeatedly eating large amounts of sugar, this procedure can lead to fatty liver and all types of serious issues.

White sugar is a polymer of sucrose whereas brown sugar is the monomer of both sucrose and can be easily digested. Companies combine fructose to white sugar which make it more sweet. Overloading The Liver With Fructose Can Cause Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease.

Its Sugar which can cause Insulin Resistance, a Stepping Stone Towards Metabolic Syndrome and Diabetes.
