Nowadays, we are very conscious of our health. We use to brush our teeth daily twice or thrice a day. Mix the four things well and Store it in glass bottle. This mixture will help you in shining your teeth, replenishing your enamel and will keep your gums strong and healthy.


Second method is natural sea salt. You can use natural sea salt directly as a paste and apply in your teeth. It will kill harmful bacteria in your mouth by the process of osmosis. And make your teeth Shine. A Natural toothpaste.


Third method is mixture of mustard oil and baking soda or regular salt, in proportion of 2 is to 1 respectively. It will make your gums strong and teeth clean. An Ayurvedic toothpaste.


Fourth method is lemon peel and regular salt. Pour a little Pinch of regular Salt on lemon peel and rub your teeth, it will make them Shine. An Ayurvedic toothpaste.
